of Platform Use

In this document, "yestowin", "we" or "platform" refers to the operator of the website https://yestowin.onl and all related services. "Member", "you" or "user" refers to any individual who registers and uses this platform.

"Account" refers to a user profile legitimately registered through the official yestowin registration process. "Funds" refers to the money balance held in a member's account for wagering or gaming purposes. "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit or additional benefit credited by yestowin in accordance with specified conditions.

Use of the yestowin platform is open to individuals who meet the following requirements:

Each member is only permitted to open one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing funds.

yestowin supports a range of payment methods suitable for Malaysian players. All financial transactions are subject to the following policies:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 for all payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours after verification is received

Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). Deposited funds must be used for wagering purposes and not solely for financial transactions.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used during deposit, subject to compliance verification. yestowin is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as e-wallet providers or banking institutions.

All bonuses and promotions offered by yestowin are subject to specific wagering requirements. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the conditions of each promotion before accepting it.

The yestowin welcome bonus gives 120% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Account balance RM220 → Wagering required: RM120 × 10 = RM1,200
• Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM300 → Account balance RM900 → Wagering required: RM300 × 10 = RM3,000

yestowin reserves the right to void any bonus if there are signs of abuse, including hedging bets, systematic low-risk wagering strategies, or any attempt to exploit the bonus mechanism. yestowin's decision in such matters is final.

All games available on the yestowin platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and Dragon Tiger — are operated in compliance with standards set by licensed software providers.

Game outcomes are generated randomly using a certified and independently audited random number generator (RNG). yestowin has no control over the outcome of any game.

• Members are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection during gaming sessions
• Technical issues that occur during a gaming session may result in the cancellation of a round and the return of the wager
• Any attempt to hack, modify or manipulate gaming software is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action
• Bets placed cannot be cancelled once a game has started

For sports betting, the odds displayed are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Bets accepted before any odds change will be honoured at the original odds displayed at the time the bet was placed.

• Opening and operating more than one account
• Fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or manipulate the system
• Harassment or abusive behaviour towards customer support staff
• Violating any part of these terms and conditions

In cases where an account is closed for valid reasons, any remaining balance (after deducting any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

yestowin provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the continuous availability, accuracy or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

yestowin shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity
• Service interruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues or exceptional circumstances
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the platform
• Actions of third parties, including game software providers or payment providers
